About Our Service Department
Lucas Ag Center has an extensive service department of 20,000 square feet. Spacious enough to handle even the largest of farm implements such as combines under roof. The high ceilings (27ft.) and large area make it possible to maneuver the equipment and perform the service required. Lucas Ag Center has one of the largest service support buildings in the New Holland organization.
Our service technicians have over 90 years of combined experience in the agriculture and farm implement business. They are factory trained to address customer needs on new and vintage equipment. This expertise includes New Holland products as well as other brands of equipment. We are also an authorized service center for Country Clipper, Bad Boy Mowers and MTV’s, Bush Hog, Generac, Terra Track, Stihl, Landoll, and Pioneer Equipment (horse drawn equipment).
Lucas Ag Center provides customers with on-site repairs when in-store service is not possible. The field service trucks are equipped to repair most equipment and can be dispatched within 4 hours of the service call, further reducing down time for the customer.
In addition, we offer a certified welding service equipped to handle minor repairs or extensive fabrication specializing in exotic metals and hard-facing. Services are available on site, mobile and field.
All work completed through the service department is a reflection of Lucas Ag Center and the manufactures we support. The commitment to “service the old fashion way” is expressed in everything we do from greeting the customer to cleaning the equipment before returning it.
